Here's what's on my schedule for this week:
Bible Study: Chapter 5 in the Power of Motherhood Bible Study. Click here if you want to know more about this awesome Bible study!
Must Do Household Task: On the list for one last time this week is to finish going through the fall clothes we already have for the girls in preparation for an upcoming church clothing sale that I always attend.
Zone Cleaning: Well, last week I didn't get any time dedicated to the master bedroom closet, but I did work a lot on the master bathroom doing a deep cleaning and doing a ton of organizing in my husband's office. Continuing this week will be more on my husband's office and more in the kitchen.
Train Them Up: Week 7 of our school year using My Father's World Kindergarten and Adventures in My Father's World is on schedule.
Character Training: We're still getting back into the groove with our daily chores using Managers of our Chores - we had let this slip a little over the past few weeks as we have been trying to re-work our schedule now that Dad is back at home. We will continue working on good attitudes using tips from this great site about child training - our ongoing activity is "tomato staking" and working on the heart attitudes that go with service to others.
Menu Planning: Will probably go something like this and pretty much always homemade:
Breakfasts: French Toast, Scones, Sausage and Biscuits, Pancakes, Waffles, Scrambled Eggs or Oatmeal.
Lunches: Grilled Cheese, Pasta with Chicken and Pesto, PB&J, Fruit and Veggie Platter, Crackers with Peanut Butter and Cheeses, Nachos
Dinners: Grilled Steaks, Grilled Hamburgers, Lamb Chops, Fried Chicken, Vegetable Medley, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Homemade Pizza.
Have a Blessed Week!

Sounds like another great week!
Great traning plans, I need to do much of the same,I am going to look into MOTC for the boys, chores get done but not always without grumbling.
Your menu looks great, I never think to make nachos but that is such a yummy healthy meal the boys can eat if I make it right :-)
Have a blessed week!

Sounds like a great plan...busy too! I see you are a military homeschooler...me too! Stop by for a visit!
Your menu plan looks very simply laid out and I bet even I could manage that.. thanks for listing it that way..
God bless,
Sallie

Tiany: Thanks for stopping by! We do our nachos pretty simple for the girls - sometimes just shredded cheese and sour cream! I'm going to try your sour cream banana cake, hopefully today, as a cake for my mom's birthday which is tomorrow! We've recently been making our own kefir and laban and I'm going to use the laban as the sour cream to see how it turns out!
Trish: Your clickable link went to a page that said it did not exist -are you the Air Force Mom?
Sallie: Thanks for the good words. I've never been much of a detailed menu planner, although my personality tends to be very detail-oriented and organized. Something about cooking to me needs to have some spontaneous part to it! I like to know what I have available, but be flexible enough to make what we're in the mood for! That's what I try to do with my list - just give me reminder ideas for those afternoons when I'm tired!
Thanks to you all for stopping by!
Hey there,
I popped over to see what was going on this week and the Nachos are a great idea...My family LOVES barbeque nachos...It inspired me to put them on my menu soon!!
Have a great week!

Thank you for the links to Managers of Their Chores and Raising Godly Tomatoes. We could really use these right now. Your menu plan sounds yummy. I hope you accomplish all your goals and have a productive week.
Blessings,
Meg
