Bloggy Giveaway!

Shannon over at Bloggy Giveaways has had such a good time with her giveaway carnivals that she's decided to host one every quarter this year! So, welcome to the first Bloggy Giveaway Carnival of 2008! After you've had a chance to enter for my giveaways, be sure to check out Shannon's site for a lot more opportunities to win this week!

I have two things to give away this time around - so there will be two lucky winners this week!

1) A custom, hand-made, beaded bookmark will go to one winner. I made these for several friends and relatives at Christmas. The beads are all made of glass and the cord is leather. The cord goes into your book / Bible and the beads hang out the top and bottom. These are a really pretty way to keep your place in your favorite novel or your daily Bible readings!

I'll make a custom-made bookmark for the winner in her choice of colors, with a monogram charm on one end and a charm of the winner's choosing on the other end.



2) Another winner will receive a lovely prayer / quiet-time care package. This package will be a sweet blessing to the winner for their prayer or quiet time. It will include the following items (and maybe more!):

* Custom, hand-made beaded bookmark-like the ones above made to the winner's specifications
* Book of Prayers by Stormie Omartian
* Beautiful pen and blank study cards
* Hand-made prayer journal
* Sampling of hot teas or coffee
* Mints or chocolate - winner's choice
* Lovely blank notecards and envelopes

I don't have a picture of this item, as it will be customized for the winner. But I think the descriptions are pretty clear that this will be a package that you can sit down with and have everything you need at hand to make your quiet time extra special!
