We had a pretty good week this week toward our One Local Summer goals. Here's a review:
Monday: Dinner was Mozzarella Meatballs with our own M4-D Ranch ground beef, Boiled New Potatoes and Lady Peas from our local farmer's market.
Tuesday: Dinner was Fried Pork Chops with our own M4-D Ranch pastured pork, Corn on the Cob and Lady Peas from our local farmer's market.
Wednesday: Breakfast was delicious pork sausage from our own M4-D Ranch pastured pork and homemade biscuits.
For dessert several nights this week we had homemade sorbet with fresh peaches from our local farmer's market, a little sugar and a touch of cranberry juice. Yum.
